We recently had a minor flood in the house that resulted in water collecting overnight in the ceiling of the floor below. I called Ruben at Torrey Pines, since we regularly have his company clean our carpets. Ruben was there within an hour. His quote was cheaper by $ 1500 and he could start the repair immediately. I was frankly amazed at the amount of equipment that he carries in his company van. Everything needed to identify the leak, asses the damage, check for spores and remediate the site accurately, efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Torrey Pines for water remediation and of course carpet cleaning. They are polite, very helpful and get the job done properly.

Reuben has cleaned my carpets for six years and he’s terrific. Always on time. Always works hard. We have a white carpet, a muddy backyard, and two small boys who like to run around this white carpet with dripping popsicles and chocolate milk. We have Reuben come every six months and he brings us back to clean and lovely.
