Ultra did an amazing job on revamping my business website. Brittany spent time with me on the phone to make sure she understood the «feel» I wanted my website to demonstrate and what was important for my clients to understand about my company/​services. I am constantly telling other business owners about their service because I couldn’t be happier!

Jay, Lydia and Shayna were absolutely fantastic to work with! Lydia worked with a particularly tough customer (me) and she really did wonders to recreate our look and feel. Jay is a master designer –very quick — and just a really great person to work with. They were VERY responsive to our needs, and really worked with us despite me being relatively tough to get a hold of. And they didn’t nickel and dime us, nor did they forget about the random things that we wanted to get done. I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past (recycled templates, horrible work, etc.), and I actually called a lot of past customers for every web design firm I contacted. The chief complaints I got from past customers about other agencies were that the designers were not responsive, the quality was less than expected, and that they got nicke and dimed. I experienced the opposite with Ultra — unsurpassed in customer service –and I will gladly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I got a website done for music/​acting/​modeling career. Classic look. It fits my personality well.

. I have to say Jay and Joe did an excellent job delivering on our vision of what the site should be. They’re very knowledgeable with wordpress and their suggestion to use it has been really helpful for us. Wordpress is the perfect solution for our site. Their implementation with our site worked great.

I interned for a company that hired Jay and Ultra Design to design their website and complete branding image including logo. They were SO slow, and so difficult to work with that after a month of delays and still with no completed very basic logo in hand, they had to abandon the hope of them designing their website and settled on just a less-​than-​completed logo. Really dismal service. They ended up hiring another designer who turned around 3 way better logo designs in less than a week! I also watched as phone calls went unreturned, and customer service was generally quite dismal at best. No wonder they have so many «filtered» results, but so few positive ones after so many years in business! Not a good experience at all.

I just hired Ultra Design Agency to do a website re-​design for the company I work for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jay was the designer that helped me out, he did an excellent job! After being very dissatisfied with the first company I hired to build my business website I refused to lunch the site and was very careful on choosing a web designer. I just needed to find the company that would listen to what I exactly want my website to look like and what impression it gives to its visitors. Luckily I found Jay. He is a very talented guy and gets it right away. Looking at his work you can see the artistic side in him. I cannot be happier. Recently he built an e-​commerce website for my business that is beautiful, easy to maintain, update and very functional.
