White Raven

I just wanted to share a more recent experience I had with White Raven studio. I had come down with shingles after an immensely stressful episode that included heatstroke, and was in a lot of pain afterward. Unfortunately, the shingles hit me at the base of my neck, so even after the shingles subsided, I was plagued for weeks with stabbing headaches that made it impossible to focus on work or enjoy my life. My conventional doctors could not offer anything other than vicodin and gabapentin, and I didn’t want to be dependent on drugs with no end in sight. Lo and behold, one session of acupuncture stopped the post-​shingles neuropathy pain in its tracks!
I still don’t understand how acupuncture works, but I am 100% convinced it works! And I trust Brian’s guidance as he will tell me when there are certain things that acupuncture just won’t fix. I love that Brian and Wendy will still recommend Western medicine when there’s an appropriate time and place, so they offer a healthy balance when it comes to deciding the best for my wellbeing.

These people are wonderful! Educated, professional and very caring. I received acupuncture for my knee and was shown how my posture and walk affected this problem. I highly recommend them and will go back.

Brian and Wendy are just amazing! They are really into what they do and are super knowledgeable about real Chinese acupuncture. I have had ITB syndrome for over 9 years and had tried pretty much everything imaginable short of surgery when I found them. I was still having problems getting close to a much anticipated marathon and after as few as 4 sessions I had as good results as I could possibly expect: I ran the race without kinestetic tapes or a brace and, most importantly, I was healthy and pain-​free after the race too! Plus the studio is just adorable, super well put-​together, really pristine! And I should add that they really go out of their way to understand your issue and help you feel better. If you want to try acupuncture, you should give them a try: they are simply the best.

My boyfriend, went here yesterday. He has played sports his whole life and has always had lots of pain in his back. After going to White Raven yesterday his pain has gone down substantially. The price is just right and the owners go above and beyond. It truly is your one stop shop for any pain problems that you have. The location is just right and the store is so cute. I cant wait to go back there again.
