All I needed was a small arched window’s glass replaced. A brand new window would have only been a couple hundred dollars, they charged me $ 200 to come and make a template, over $ 300 for labor and $ 150 for the glass itself which was cut by someone else. To top it off, it took over 4 weeks and the job is still not complete. On what planet do window installers make $ 95 per hour?

Jeff Sybesma is great! He is very knowledgeable about the Loewen windows I am buying, and offers great suggestions and different options for how to get what I want at a great price. He takes the time to understand what I am trying to do and is friendly and helpful. The showroom has a lot on display so you can actually try the full-​sized doors and windows. Highly recommend!
