If you have a busy schedule (like I do) and you need 24÷7÷365 (optional) access this is the gym for you. The YMCA does not give you that option of working out at your leisure. April (owner) and Maria are super friendly and always willing to help. The gym is well maintained and clean. The gym also has a camera system and emergency alarm, which makes me feel secure. Especially when working out in the wee hours of the morning. The gym is fully equipped from treadmills to a sauna. But April is always finding ways to improve it, which makes it that much better.

24 – 7 gym access option. April and Maria are nice, friendly and very welcoming. Hands down, a better gym compared to the YMCA. They have many classes to choose from, including classes for young children. Jose is an awesome instructor!

I was very impressed with April (the owner). This place is clean and has plenty of space inside. From the outside it looks very small but after getting a tour my hubby and I sign right up! There is a cardio room, weight room, aerobic room, MMA room alone with much more!
It is kid friendly which I love! We were members of our local YMCA and because my son was only 12yrs old he was not allow in the weight/​cardo room with a parent. Yet we here alot on how our kids today are becoming obese and are in need of more activity. Well, there has been a few times my son wanted to just walk on the treadmill or use the elliptical machine but wasn’t allowed at the YMCA.
I would definitely recommend this gym as family friendly over South Monterey County YMCA! Come check it out and let who ever signs you up know LaSaundra Garcia recommended you!
