In all honesty, I have never received such a TERRIBLE hair cut in my 32 years on this earth. I was visiting my family from out of town as I live in Scottsdale, AZ. I just needed a nice healthy trim. I can’t believe I even paid for the hair cut because it was really that bad! The girl that cut my hair should never be allowed to cut hair in an upscale salon! I had long beautiful hair, and now my hair is completely uneven and will probably take a year to grow back. Not to mention I’m going to need to make another appointment in AZ now that I’m back. I’m very upset about how bad my hair came out.
I’ve been wearing hats and ponytails until it grows back evenly.

I stopped in for a mani/​pedi with Nicole while I was visiting family in Solon. I was here a year ago for my sister’s wedding and the service was exceptional. Nothing has changed as I had another wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff is highly professional and welcoming. Nicole gives an amazing mani/​pedi. My manicure is now a week into existence and still looks amazing! That doesn’t normally happen so she is truly a pro!

I use John Robert’s Spa Salon for hair and massage services. My visits begin with a warm welcome from Mia who greets me by name. She is perfect at the front desk. Jackie is my colorist and she knows products and hair. My color is consistent every time and I couldn’t be happier. I love being pampered from the moment I walk in until I leave. The hand massage is very relaxing and it’s great to have my rings cleaned in addition. One of the best parts of my experience is the scalp massage I receive during my shampoo. It is bliss! My day is made if I have an appointment at this spa. Every woman deserves John Robert’s Spa Salon!

I live in New York, and I have been to many salons in my day. I love JR. First of all it’s in my hometown, so it automatically feels homey. The service is great. They take and hang your coat when you come in, offer you tea/​coffee/​water, and then make sure you’re happy/​relaxed/​and able to vent (key for salon experiences, of course). I got my hair done by Red and she was fabulous. I went back a few days after to get some more layers put in my hair, it looked amazing. One of my favorite haircuts. She also makes the entire experience enjoyable — fun to chat with, joke with, laugh with. Will definitely visit again when I’m in town.

A great spa. I bought my wife a maternity massage late in her pregnancy and she had a really fantastic experience. They pampered her better than I expected. I will definitely be going back there anytime I’m getting a massage.
