Subway

It pains me to leave such a low rating. I dread when my children want to eat at Subway. I should be thanking my lucky stars that my son is eating something with peppers, pickles, onions, and lettuce. I should be thrilled that my daughter is eating something with more than one ingredient. But the service is just so slow. Painfully slow.
Most of the employees are high school students. They are hard workers just trying to earn a first paycheck. Many times there will just be one of them up front taking orders, making sandwiches, and checking people out. If I walk in and there is already someone at the counter I prepare myself to wait 10 minutes.
I get it. Small town = not always busy. But I would like to expect more than one person taking orders during a lunch and dinner «rush». On the other hand, what do I know?
