We visted the place today. Found the other resturants on the same street too busy with long waits. The place is laid back and had places to sit outside as well as inside. The panini sandwich was awsome and so was the freshly made egg salad sandwich. We also treated us with a chocolate croissant which was a largest we ever had in our lives for that price. The kids enjoyed all of it. Also tried a caffe latte which was upto the mark. The place is family run with laid back ambience and no rush at all.

I was hesitant to try this place out since there are so many well established bakeries in Solvang, but we had a buy one get one free, so why not. Stopped in around 10AM, place was empty, so I can’t say how the service really is. My husband had the bear-claw and I ordered the chocolate croissant. Both were amazing. The coffee was fresh and good.
We will go back during a busier time and see how the service is and update the rating if needed.

Well, where to begin on our awful experience at just baked. we went in for a simple snack, it was about 2:00 so not very busy. My brother ordered a sandwich. We waited for about 10 minutes, but were starting to get annoyed. the place was not so full so we expected the wait to be short. twenty minutes later we still had no food so we went to ask what was going on they said that they were «very busy», a lie easy to see through. we demanded our money back and left, starving, annoyed and ready to write them up!
