Our First stop on the birthday weekend for my wife… great pours. We love the Riserva and the nebbiolo… the bottle we bought never made home. we drank it that very night with friends!

The best thing about this tasting room is the staff. Cindy is an especially wonderful hostess. She’s a good judge of character when it comes to suggesting wines you might enjoy. The rest of the crew(Angie, Steve, Tommy, and Andrea) are great too. Their wines are not the best in the valley, but they do have some good ones and their prices make their better bottles great values. The friendly service more than makes up for any short comings is the vino. A membership is a good deal here, because it gives you free tastings and discounts at both Mandolino and Lucas & Lewellen just down the street. Highly recommended for newcomers to wine tasting!

The wine is wonderful — can’t tell you what we had, but I can tell you that the server was the most friendly server in Solvang. All wine servers should carry on a conversation like this! Really made the atmosphere so much more relaxed, different from that of Napa from what I understand.
