Landsman Custom Picture Framing

What magnificent work they do. They framed a Korean hanbok (traditional Korean clothes) that my daughter-​in-​law arrived in when she was adopted at age 14 months.
I can only praise their work. They are truly artists in what they do but, the price they quoted me was hundreds of dollars less then what I had to pay and there was a total lack of communication by Mr. Landsman. If you would like them to do work for you, get everything in writing. That was my mistake. Everything is verbal. He can give you a verbal price and then charge whatever he likes and you have nothing to backup your position. There was a mistake made on a plaque that was included and he blamed the people doing the plaque. Obviously, they made a mistake but he never checked their work. Landsman got it, mounted it, wrapped it up and delivered it to us. He should have taken the ultimate responsibility for the error as he was the one we dealt with. He also did not have it ready on time so, if you have a specific date you need it (which we did) make sure you give him a date that is at least a week or two before you actually need it. You will eliminate a lot of aggravation.
