Last week I ordered a honey mustard chicken sandwich with bacon(shown on a round roll). My order didnt show up on the screen, someone elses did, so I had to ask how much my order was and I was told to just drive up to the window. I was already on my way through town, when I opened the sandwich. I got a piece of breaded rubber on a burnt(croissant?) When I tried to take a bite, I couldn’t, it was straight up rubber! My guess is they cooked it in the microwave. I threw the(chicken?) out of my car window & the car behind me ran over it like it was a speed bump, I swear to god! It was that tough! Never, Never order anything besides coffee & donuts from here.

This location has developed serious issues in the last few weeks, mainly they’re understaffed. Staff morale sucks. Place getting grimy. Wait time early morning can be unnecessarily long. Owner better wake up.

This DD is pretty standard. They are probably the quickest DD in the area when it comes to the busy morning hours. Docked one star because two employees come to mind that seem to need some work in the customer service department. However, a majority of the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient.

You can buy a coffee from ANY Dunkin Donuts, go home brew some of your own coffee, and use the DD coffee you purchased as cream and sugar for the coffee you just brewed.

Very efficient D and D. They made our iced coffee perfectly. Service with a smile and the drive through location was convenient. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoy a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee however this location has turned me off as a customer. I arrived at noon today in order to medium coffee with three creamers and 10 Splendas. When I picked up the coffee, it was not made correctly. I asked the customer service man at the drive thru if he stirred the coffee and he said, «no» and then he said, «do you really use that much Splenda?» I really didn’t appreciate the comment as it was judgmental and unnecessary from a customer service standpoint. He proceeded to hand me a stir stick out of the window and the coffee spilled on my legs. I wasn’t hurt, I was more annoyed than anything. While the incident did not ruin my day I felt as though it the business would be better served if they trained the employee in proper customer service. The reason for only one star is that this is a customer service issue. It should not matter if I order 25 Splendas, I paid for the coffee and the extras and did not get what I paid for.
