Greenway Computers

About 2 months ago, I was having problems with my computer (which I purchased at Staples Ofc Supply). The power jack became dislodged inside the computer. Staples told me they could not fix it, but recommended I go to Greenway Computers. When I dropped of they computer, not only did they fix the computer for a reasonable price, but I also discovered that they fix IPhones as well. My daughter had an IPhone 5 with a broken screen and an IPhone 4 from before. I had them both fixed within the day. Kept the IPhone 4 for back up. And then today, I had to get my screen replaced on my IPhone 6, as it was shattered. They fixed it in 1.5 hours (since they knew I needed it for business calls). I’ve used them for 4 repairs in 2 months. VERY PLEASED with their fast and efficient service!!!

I dropped off a Samsung S4 for repairs on 1/15/15…5 months later the phone still doesn’t work. Within those 5 months there were several attempts to get the status of the phone and the promise that would be taken care of and if there was no result they would reach out to me, there was never a phone call until I started to communicate with a different representative and then I received a call the next day saying that they couldn’t do anything with it… I really feel as though they just didn’t want to say that they couldn’t fix the phone so it sat.
