Dino came out and cleaned and tuned up my oil furnace on 2/3/16.He did an unbelievable job.
He took his time, was thorough and exceptionally clean. He really know his stuff.
It was a pleasure having such an exceptional employee in my home to take care of my heating needs.

The actual service McAllister provides is good but trying to get anything scheduled thru one of the many women who answer the phone is painful and time consuming. Every time I call, the woman who answers the phone cannot schedule anything… she wants to have «someone» call you back. Very frustrating when you work during the business day and are not always at your office. I’ve been «disconnected» twice by the woman answering the phone. I’m moving on to Broadleys Plumbing in Marmora. The person who answers the phone does not need to have anyone phone you back… the appointment is scheduled immediately.

We purchased a new gas heater/AC from McAllister. They stand behind what they sell and they go the extra mile! Their staff. from their salesman Jeff Eichinger to their installers were just fantastic to work with. We are very impressed with the quality of their service!
