Stay away from the deli. Very rude workers. The make jokes about the customers while the wait on them. They need to take lessons from the cashier who are extremely nice !

I ran in to purchase some lunch meat and it took the clerk 20 minutes to slice 1LB of lunch meat. Then you would think he would hand me the item but NO he CLEANED the f$%^&*g slicer and counter before letting me be on my way!!! OMG i have not been this irritated with someone in a very long time. I can appreciate wanting to have a tidy work place but not on your customers time. There was no one behind me and he could have cleaned the slicer after letting his customer go. The idea of customer service is to help your guest in a quick and efficient manner.

You will never buy produce in the supermarket again. Seriously. I love this place. It’s no frills, set up like a farm market. It’s an «outlet» remember, so most produce is bagged and sold by the pound. They have a pretty good selection of fruits and veggies, the standard things you would expect to see in Acme or ShopRite. They also have a respectable selection of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits for cheaper than you’d find at the grocery store. Along the one wall is a deli counter, but I’ll be honest, it was too busy for me to really scope out the selection — I did see that they had only Dietz and Watson products though. The best part is that it’s all cheap! I got 4lbs of tiny white potatoes for $ 1.75!, 8 gorgeous lemons for $ 150, 5 leeks for $ 1.99(don’t ask me what I’m going to do with them) a ton of peeled fresh garlic in a container for $ 1.62 and 8 navel oranges for $ 1.50. I would have gotten even more but I couldn’t tell if they took credit cards, and the registers were mobbed and I only had $ 10 cash on me. Turns out they do take credit cards(MC and Visa only). I can’t wait to go back, and I’m excited for the summer when they’ll have Jersey tomatoes and corn! I went at 3:00 on a weekday and it was packed… next time I’m going to try to go earlier, the parking lot was a disaster when I went, so I’m going to try to avoid that next time or maybe I’ll just park waaaaay in the back. This place has great cheap stuff, but it’s not really worth running over a couple kids who might dart out behind your car. Seriously, it was like playing frogger.
