You couldn’t ask for a more courteous and professional relationship

This is the most technologically advanced office I’ve visited. I hate the contacts lady. The pre-​sherry days were better. Both doctors are great.

I’ve been going to the Somers eye center for several years now. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly and I have always been happy with the level of care I receive there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye care center.

Always friendly and personal service. Feels like visiting family, and I try to pair with a classic facial from Fazia !

I had an excellent experience with Somers Eye Center.
The front desk staff was helpful and intuitive to my insurance needs and working with my schedule. I waited a short time to be seen for testing, and then by the doctor. I was given a thorough explanation and had all my questions answered during the exam. Also, their eye glass selection is wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

New to the area and needed to find a new eye doctor. Found reviews about this place online so I decided to check it out. I was very impressed. The office was very nice. Everybody I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. There was no long wait time. I am very happy with my choice to try Somers Eye Center and have definitely found my new eye doctor. Also was able to make my appointment online which is very convenient!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would; I had an eye exam/​my first contact lens training and was sure that one of the lens was stuck in my eye but they told me it definitely was not (the doctor checked me out with her equipment right then and there), I ended up sleeping/​swimming with the lens in my eye for 3 days with discomfort before it popped out when I was rubbing my eye trying to get some relief. I went in and they looked at my eye and said I had a corneal abrasion and gave me drops, no big deal to them and I found out subsequently that they submitted a bill for payment to my insurance company for this visit! They never followed up to see how the eye was, no real apology, and they are refusing to refund any fees associated with the training, etc. I went for one session of training and am so traumatized that I would never go back.
Absolutely a nightmare.

Dr. Harrison is great! She explains everything as she goes along and you don’t have to wait long for your appointment when you get there which is a huge plus!
