I reserved a full size vehicle 2 months before my vacation. The day before my vacation, I was to pick it up at noon. I received a call and was told that they don’t have a vehicle yet but is working on it. I tried calling back all afternoon to see if they found one and nobody answered the phone. I started panicking and finally a half hour before they closed for the day, they finally answered the phone. They said they found one and to come right away. When I got there it was a pickup truck. I said I can’t take my family on vacation in that. He said that’s all there is. I was fuming. Then he said that I wouldn’t be happy in an economy car anyway. I said I reserved a full size! He said that it was marked economy. Started my vacation very stressful.
