By far the worst managed store i’ve ever shopped in. Today(not the 1st time) at 11;00am there was a single cashier open. The line of people waiting was 16 deep. A young man who seemed to be in charge only smiled and did not respond to customers complaints. The store consistently performs at a unsatisfactory level and no one cares. They also have a major issue with pricing. tags are always missing or their computers do not match up with the signage. Iwill go out of my way to shop at Costco and Target in the future.

Worst service ever, I was waiting to send money in one line once they got to me they send me to another cashier who once finished with previous customer want to leave doesn’t even ask me why I am waiting for her. This is ridiculous!

I can’t believe Unilocal is forcing me to put at least one star. This store is aging and looks like something from the Woolworth’s era! Further, for such a huge store, it lacks inventory. Shelves are always partially empty and I’m sure it’s not because they are selling out of stuff! Staff is almost as non-existent as inventory. Finding someone for assistance… best of luck. As for store pickup, it’s decent. If you want to exchange something, well, you have to get it yourself! I bought an appliance that was used and resealed and when I tried to return it, I was told to drop the used product by the customer service desk and go grab a shopping cart and fetch the replacement myself! In short, there is no customer service here. Target, Walmart, whatever big box store, please buy this place and take it over because this place simply sucks.

Store needs improvement especially the checkout. Cashiers very unfriendly and sometimes are unprofessional. Came here 1÷17÷15 before 12pm to get a couple pairs of sweat and while there were five cashiers only 2 had lights on and one was really nasty and the other seems to be new so had difficulties operating the register, so checkout took 25+ minutes with only 2 customers ahead of me. This location needs to improve on management and rework the culture to offer at least better customer service and a more efficient checkout.

Worse place ever. I will go here once in a blue moon if I need something for my car or shaving cream. Something silly. For such a big company this location makes them look bad. Besides the customer service desk there is one register open 2 if your lucky and this is all the time. They are so slow. I was looking for a music cd for my daughter last minute that just came out. Three employees were back in the area not one person asked how I was if I needed anything as I am walking in circles. Rude rude rude and unprofessional

Looking for a deal find low budget products. I went in looking for clear plastic bins. They didn’t really have what I was looking for, they had solid ones in 3 different colors. Stopped by stationary. Also lacking. … However if you are looking for a fierce outfit for the club, check out the gold chain print jumpsuits as you walk in. Wow.

This is actually a pretty good Kmart. It is certainly the cleanest and most organized I have seen in my recent travels. It is neatly arranged so you can run in for items you need(necessities, Kleenex, bottled water etc) and be out fast. I went on a Sunday and there was no line and although the cashier wasn’t talkative he rang me up and bagged my purchase promptly. I came again later with others and it was busier but two cashiers got people thru. I agree the outside is off putting. It deserves an upgrade for sure. But if you need some basic items, run in here as the parking is plentiful and it is near Stop and Shop grocery and a Chase bank too. A ok.

This negative review is primarily for their online pick up at store system. It sucks. I chose my merchandise. According to the website it was available. Was not able to pick up the same night — don’t understand why since I ordered 2 hours before they closed. Got an email this morning stating the item is no longer available. Never got the text alert although I signed up for it. thank goodness I was able to check my email. I recommend to NEVER use KMart/Sears service as I ‘v e gotten screwed TWICE. According to the rep the money was placed back on my card but I will not see if probably for 3 days. Can u imagine my anger had it been a large ticket gift item such as a TV? Thank goodness it was for a simple white polo shirt.

This Kmart is hidden inside a strip mall. The sign in the front is fading so u might miss it. Big parking lot. Inside is semi-organized. Some of the workers seem friendly. I bought a bike pump for my tires here. Its a big kmart!
