When I’m stress eating, I go to fast food. It’s fast, it’s convenient, it’s greasy. How can you go wrong with it? To update my previous review, I’ve got to say that nothing has changed. The service is sometimes okay and fine for a fast food establishment. However, when I ask for no cheese or no sugar and cream in my coffee, I at least expect all of that. At this particular McDonald’s, though, that never happens. A black iced coffee translates into sugar and cream. The instruction for«no cheese» on my Quarter Pounder is completely ignored. Sometimes the chicken mcnuggets are stale too. No thankssss.

Seriously this is one of the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Incredibly slow service and not organized at all. I’ve given it many chances — epic fail at this particular location

There was tereible service, not only did they treated me disrespectfully and they wanted to charge me for a cup of water and even for sauce. This is ridiculous. And the guy that was in charge of cleaning did a terrible job, stupid around using his phone and just straight up stood there starting at me. So uncomfortable. The worst mcdonald ever…

The worst. If you value your time and stomach, don’t go here. Slow service and the food could be better. It’s taken me over an hour to get food from the drive thru more times than I can remember and the people at the window cannot be ruder. There’s one girl and one guy manager that have a good attitude at night, other than that it’s like the employees here are required to huff cleaning products before each of their shifts.

This place is a piece of crap. The servers are constantly giving attitude, and if THEY make a mistake with YOUR food, which they will, getting them to fix it is more difficult than sucking the entire Pacific Ocean through a McDonald’s straw. Never go here. If you must, order a regular menu item and expect to revive attitude and wait about 30 or so minutes from start to end. Odds are this sorry establishment will make you wanna chop Ronald McDonald’s dick off.

This is possibly the most disgusting McDonald’s ever. I don’t usually go to this one, but it was convenient today, and I had time to kill. I’ve lived in the area all my life, and I know it’s been here since at least the early 70s. And I’m not sure they’ve upgraded since then. The food was actually ok I guess, but the restaurant was filthy X 2 and run down. They were short staffed and short tempered. I was served my food on a greasy tray that didn’t seem washed any time this year. It couldn’t possibly have gotten that greasy in just a few uses; it obviously had not been washed in a very long time. The tables were all filthy and beaten up. Its one thing for a table to be old, but old and dirty is just nasty. There was something fabric laying on the floor under one table. At first I thought it was a cleaning rag, but it may have been a sweatsock. The padded seat in my booth was torn and taped, and the tape was peeling off. The walls were either brick painted a glossy gray shade, or 45 year old paneling that was chewed, spit out, kicked down a gravel road, then nailed to the wall. In any case the walls were filthy with dirt. Seriously, you could probably scratch your name into the caked-on grime. There were pedestals dividing the floorspace in the dining area, and they seemed to be topped by rough cut wallboard. The chalk edges of the material was ragged unfinished. The floor was a patchwork of no less than four different styles of tile. Most of it was an ornamental Mediterranean shape in terracotta red, but then there were these large random areas were the tile had obviously been cut out and replaced. There were square tiles in unmatched terracotta and dark gray in different areas, but most mind boggling was a diagonal slash of blond wood grain tile in one corner. And this was just what I could see from my table. They obviously just bought whatever was cheapest, or maybe got a deal on some close-out. If this is what the public areas look like, I’d hate to see in back. Look, I know this McDonald’s backs up to a river, and they’ve gotten flooded out a few times over the years. It must be an irritation to have to fix things repeatedly, but that’s what you have to do! It looks to me like the owner of this franchise is squeezing it dry. He’s trying not to put a penny in that he doesn’t have to. It’s shameful. The corporation should come see this, because it’s a reflection on their brand.

I left the Easton Avenue location about 1:5 hrs ago, get to work only to find one of the employees hair in my oatmeal. Mind your this hair was discovered after eating several bites. I will not be eating anything from McDonald’s. –0 Easton Ave 8873

Drive thru order: One item — Egg and cheese biscuit, please. No meat. Guy repeats my order as he hands me the bag, so I don’t double check it(which I usually do, because they screw up orders a lot). Stopped at a light to take a bite, and what was in the bag? Sausage and cheese biscuit. I don’t eat meat, so it’s back I go. Now it’s 10:35 am and I have to go inside because the drive thru is too long. They really are terrible, not just in service, but their fries are always stale and cold, the filet of fish is always under the heat lamps way too long — you know that point when the cheese stops looking like cheese and sinks into the bread? Yeah, I think I’m done here.

Just visited this Mcdonald’s location tonight and even though I see many negative reviews in the past, I would like to say the night staff went above and beyond to take care of me from a previous mix up on a drive through order. Assistant Manager I believe her name was Irun, who I must add is a valuable asset to this location made sure my order was promptly taken care of and handled to perfection, and when I said no salt on the fries I was brought directly a delicious batch of freshly made fries that went along with my combo order. Mcdonald’s needs to really pay attention, because if customer service was not as stellar as what I received, today, then this review would not have been posted, however instead I give them 5STARS on this very frigid night.

I usually go here because it’s very close and convenient to my house and job, but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I placed my order which was correct on the screen, but when I got my order it was completely wrong. I was forced to pay an extra amount than what I was originally paying for. To top that off, The short Spanish lady manger NEVER apologizes when any of her employees make a mistake on anybody’s order. When I asked for a receipt the manager held on to the receipt where my order was wrong and only gave the receipt where I had to pay extra. It’s not hard to get an order correct, but as a manager you should be a good role model to your staff so they will know better. I HATE this Mcdonalds location and the staff. They treat you like your stupid for complaining when they get your order wrong.

I don’t really eat at McDonald’s anymore but ever since they came out with a living social big mac and large fry deal, I’ve been stopping by more often. In the offer, they included a free certificate for a fruit and maple oatmeal. I didn’t really care for it and ignored it for a month but this past week I was too early for work so I decided to stop by. I ordered the oatmeal and a coffee with cream and sugar. I was disappointed to see that they did not give me the cream and sugar – I had to drink the coffee black. The OATMEALEXCEEDEDMYEXPECTATIONS – ITWASDELICIOUS!!! The apples were fresh and warm, and I loved the cranberries and raisins in it. The maple flavored oatmeal was so good. I don’t usually eat oatmeal because it is bland but I will definitely be coming back to try the other oatmeal they just came up with.

I don’t partake in McDonald’s often, but when I do it is after a late nite on the way home. Without fail I end up having to turn of the car because the late night workers are doing God knows what to medicore burgers that Mickey D’s puts out. The least they could do is provide the food fast if the quality has left. But… you get what you pay for 1 dollar burger Lol.

First off I dont go to fast food places with drive thrus as much as I used to. The only reason I went here was because it was late, its near my house, everything else was closed, and white castle was 10 min away which is too far for me that night. I ordered 20 piece nuggets and asked for bbq sauce and sweet n sour. Large fries too. I get home, and stupid me should’ve checked the bag, but I figured how can they screw this easy order up. I looked into my bag and the sauce they gave me was honey mustard and ranch. Plus the fries was stale. I would go back and yell at em but its 5 min away. I was too tired. I woudnt go back to this place, unless someone else drives. :)

I agree with James G. I should not have to learn spanish to order at a McDonalds in NJ. I can see if this was a Spanish store but its not.
