I have started to buy my parts from the web and out of town. This location never has what I need and wants to order everything. When you have broke down equipment waiting weeks for them to get an order large enough to save them on freight isn’t something I have time to wait on. Once I stopped for a roller bar and they told me they had one in the shop. I went to the shop around back because they didn’t have time to get it for me. When I arrived at the shop I was treated rudely as if they didn’t have time to tell me where the part was and told me to find it myself. After looking through their things and junkyard around back I find nothing and return to the office to tell them how I was treated by their mechanic. Kevin at the register also didn’t care how they treated me and was rude to me as well. I was told this exactly, «We aren’t here to make friends, we are here to make money». He disappeared to the back somewhere to find the part that I had asked for nearly an hour earlier finally producing what should have taken moments for me to buy. It looks like a junk heap inside. They have one employee behind the parts counter that has any idea what you are talking about,(the guy with the line of people waiting to talk to him, not Kevin). They have no air conditioning inside, which they need for the long waits you spend to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. No parking in the lot without having to back into a busy street to leave. They also have no selection of new or used equipment. If you live in Somerset you should buy John Deere equipment or get used to driving to the next town over for parts or shopping on the web.
