I showed up 10 minutes early only to find the door locked and no answer when I rang the bell. I checked the confirmation again then texted her. She told me to” go away and leave me alone”. Then she apologized and said she was sick and had to run to the doctor. Totally unprofessional. Fortunately Groupon gave me my money back.

Found this on Groupon. Was pleasantly surprised how nice the facial was. Don’t let those old reviews deter you from supporting local small business. They even have their own loyalty card with a free service after a few visits.

Horrible. SHe was a NO-SHOW and its her own house. I should have checked reviews prior. Shame on me. I also bought on Groupon. wont make that mistake again. I will be calling Groupon tomorrow. And the fact that her phone number «is not accepting incoming calls at the moment» is priceless!

Well I can confirm that this spa owner has issues that prevent her from keeping her scheduled appointments. What they are I can’t say. But she cancelled several of my appointments due to «emergencies». I was never able to reach her to reschedule, making my Group On out of date. Yet I see her always offering more Group On offers. I wish someone would look into this unscrupulous business owner. I’ll just chalk this experience to another bad GROUPON.

TERRIBLE! I can’t say the service was bad since she never actually showed up to fulfill her obligation to perform the facial I had booked not only for myself but my friend as well, which she confirmed no more than 12 hours prior when she called me. (Absolutely zero indication that she may not be able to make it, needed to change time or anything) We paid in advance thru Groupon and now we will have go thru them to get refunds, thank god, since she turned her phone off sending calls straight to voicemail, making sure she didn’t even have to make up and excuse. I assume she is just trying to scam people, as if you look at her only other review and it says the SAME THING. Don’t bother, it’s a home business out of the way so spend the extra money, go to a spa and have a relaxing time getting the service you expect. Highly disappointing, if it wasn’t for the great manicures we got down the street, it would have been a wasted trip to Somerset for sure.

The owner cancelled my appointment twice in one week. The first time she called two hours before my appointment to cancel. The second attempt was in vain. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, a woman answered the door and said that she was not there.
I should say that this is a home business, which I did not know. I should also note that her front door was filthy and moldy, so I’m actually glad that she wasn’t home, because if her front door was moldy, I’d hate to imagine how clean she keeps her instruments.
I drove over an hour to get there, on unpaved dirt roads, in the middle of nowhere. A phone call sure would have been nice.
