The barber exhibited an extremely rude manner and did a poor job on my hair cut. My prom is literally 2 days away but I invested 100% of my trust in them hoping that they can give me a good haircut. Unfortunately, they let me down and you know how frustrated that can be when you only have prom once in your life while your look is not of your best. It’s a pity for me, for my prom date and even for the barbershop. They have NEITHER a professional spirit NOR a professional skill. I asked them nicely could they please fix my hair as a part of my hair is sticking out squarely and awkwardly and they responded me with rude verbiage quote: «that’s your head, not our problem» «we don’t have any solution, just let it grow». If they cut my hair too short in the first place, and say something like just let it grow, there would be no purpose of having a barbershop. It’s ok to make mistakes and everyone does. But it’s important to accept your mistakes and learn from it. I hope the supercut knows that they owe me an apology and an explanation. and for your own sake, DONOT get a haircut at this Supercut!!!’

AVOID !!! I know for starters that for a remarkable-quality haircut, Supercuts is not ideal but I figured a trim was safe. I showed the woman the length I wanted. I have naturally curly hair which needed to be accounted for and it was only shoulder length as is. The woman hardly paid attention, always watching other stylists and customers in the mirror. And herself while telling me her life story. Her eyes were hardly ever on me !!! I could tell she was cutting too much off but when I spoke she would shut me out. I wasn’t going to blow dry my hair but I needed to see how it came out. Soooo… Not only did I realize that she cut off double than I asked! The blow dry was terrible! I was miserable. I am too kind to say when I am displeased, especially after she shut me out the first time and now that the damage is done. So I called the owner as soon as I left and told him my concerns. He offered me a free haircut(why would I want to have them cut my hair again!!!) … THEN I found out when I checked my bank account that I was overcharged $ 8. I called the manager again only for him to tell me I was wrong. I had to print out my bank record for the money back. I am completely displeased at not only the haircut and blow dry … but hair grows back… it is the customer service that dissatisfied me the most. Maybe the terrible haircut being the free one could have done justice and I would have kept my review to myself. But if you guys are considering going to this one– save yourself. If you do go, check your bank statements to make sure no stylist is deciding to tip themselves. They are under a terrible new ownership and need to get it together.

Sloppy haircut. They don’t honor their business hours and often leave early when it is slow. Took me three tries just to get in. I got my usual detached undercut and the guy left some random chunks of intermediate length on my part. Blew through the cut in 7 minutes. I don’t think he said a word the whole time.

They burnt my face. I went to get my eye brows done and they left a really bad burn right below my eye brow. It looks like I have a 3rd eye brow. They only ever have one person working and they always take forever. You go in for something quick and simple but wait two hrs for it. Not worth the time.

Just don’t do it. Save your self, well minimal time actually as they don’t spend time on your hair, and a ton of frustration and go somewhere else. I visited while on a business trip and I wasn’t able to see the lady I’ve been going to for years in MI. This place literally took all of 5 minutes. She didn’t listen to what I said at all, and faded one side an inch, I kid you not, an inch higher than the other. She pretty much shaved the sides bald, and then barely cut any on top. The worst. Go. Somewhere. Else.

I’ve been here a couple times to get my eyebrows waxed, and every time they do a good job. It’s inexpensive and I’ve never had an issue. The staff I’ve experienced have been nice. I’ll continue to go here to get my eyebrows waxed.

Went to this one in the cedar grove shopping center the other day. I must say it was the worst haircut I ever had. They didn’t notice my receding hairline and cut that area very shot, making me look older. When she was done, I honestly was surprised, because it didn’t look finished. No offer to shampoo either and she only spent 10 minutes on it. I’ll never be back.

Gave the manager simple instructions on how I wanted my hair cut but she somehow managed to screw it up. To give her credit though she probably doesnt do to many fades or blends as she called it. My hair looked like I got in a fight with a lawn mower. I asked her to use the #2 clip which she repeatedly ignored and tried to do it her way with scissors. I was trying to give her tips and suggestions on how to cut my hair the easy way by using a clip. She didnt take that too well. I also asked if I could borrow the buzzer to show her. She immediately took offense and told me I couldn’t touch her things. After all was said and done she didn’t finish my hair cut and offered me a $ 2 discount. I refused to pay and explained why — if you saw my hair you would know why. She the rolled her eyes and said fine just go! Obviously customer service is not one of their priorities. I told her I appreciated her efforts and thanked her before leaving. That was my first and last time I will ever step foot in a supercuts.
