I am so unhappy with lack of help this company gives the elderly. When you try to schedule an appointment online you have to set up an account. You need an email and cell phone number per patient. My wife and I are elderly and share a cell phone and email. I am not going to get another cell phone just to set an appointment online. The person on the chat could not help me and suggested I call to schedule an appointment. But no one answers the phone, I was on hold for over 45 minutes. When my wife went into the office in person to try and schedule an appointment, the receptionist told her that she can't help her and that she needs to go online. It is a shame what Covid has done to healthcare for the elderly. There is no more compassion for the elderly that do not know how to use technology like the young. I was so upset that I asked my daughter to write this review for me. She had to open an email for me and use her cell phone to open an account for me. At least I have her help, but I feel bad for others that do not have anyone to help them. If I could give zero stars I would but I can't. I have never written a review before, but this terrible experience was the straw that broke the camel's back.
