Wolgast Christmas Tree Farm

We bought our Christmas tree here this year and it was an overall great experience! As a kid my mother would take my brother and I to the local garden center an pick a pre cut tree to take home. In search of my first tree in my own place I wanted more of an experience. So we googled and came across Wolgast. Here is how it works…
You arrive and park off the gravel road, cross the road on foot over to the giant field of trees. Once you choose one you can either opt to cut it down yourself with a hack saw or wave for an employee who will cut it down with a chainsaw. All trees are $ 45 from little baby ones to the 15 footers.
We took a few laps around the field before making a selection. I bought the tree the weekend after thanksgiving and it’s still going strong today. Beautiful. Happy to support a local farm as well.
