Went in to buy a phone and they basically refused us service. Stating we could buy it down the street at Target for cheaper. We just wanted to go in and buy a phone. We had my 80 year old grandmother and going to another store is a little harder than it is for me to just pop in. But we were going to save 40 $. Congratulations. We just wanted to buy a phone, oh well. So if you want to be sold on where else to buy your cell phone, go here.

When Mr. M got a new iPhone, we handed his old iPhone 4 to my dad. Off to the AT&T store to get the new SIM card.
Dan is the associate who helped us. Dan was very knowledgable and helpful. He patiently and thoroughly walked us through the features, benefits and drawbacks of iOS 7. He explained how to transfer data in simple language. He answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with.
I’m glad that my Dad has a place nearby that can keep him up to date with his technology. And best of all, now the kids can FaceTime with their grandparents!

I was looking for a car charger for my iphone 4. Great length was expended by the owner or manager in getting it for me… it was even on sale at half price ($ 10). One week later, and the charger male part keeps falling out of the female part that connects the iphone with the charger in the cigarette lighter. I went to the store to see what the problem was and was told that the charger was for the iphone 3. They didn’t carry any iphone 4 chargers (never had).
You expect owners to know what they’re giving you, especially after looking for it near and far. Now, I know to just go to Best Buy. They don’t care about service. They cared more about $ 10. If you have any doubts about what you’re getting don’t go here. They just want to nickle and dime you.
