China Panda

First off the place looked closed (like shut down), but was not. Very simple (couple of chairs and tables that’s about it. No décor). But grabbed a menu and thought what the hell, has to be better than the other place down the road. All in all I was very surprised, the Rangoon’s were awesome, crispy, perfect size, not greasy, and VERY creamy. The fingers are good, teriyaki was good (but small). The Lo Mein was good as well, lots if chicken and veggies. And last but not least was the «Triple delight» Awesome all around. Good place, fast, and hits that Chinese food spot in a pinch. My only dislike are smaller portions, (but I think I have been spoiled by my other favorite place in Dover, so I really can’t complain).

Although I am not a huge lover of Chinese takeout, I highly recommend China Panda. They have a wide variety of dinner plates for good prices, and the service is always quick and pleasant. We don’t eat at any other local Chinese takeout establishments because this one has never disappointed us. All around good experiences from here!

Terrible!
The egg drop soup was too salty to eat. The crab rangoon were hard as a rock and completely inedible. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and instead got a second order of greasy chicken fingers. Ordered house fried rice and got white. And the sweet and sour sauce tasted like vinegar.
I’m a lover of cheap Chinese take-​out and order it frequently and a huge supporter of small business in my community, but never again from here! Sorry, it was gross!

Although the food was not outstanding, the owners and their children were very happy and uplifting. I wish the food matched their demeanor. I ordered chicken lo mein; the noodles were soggy in a salty brown sauce with some green bean strips and mushrooms scattered throughout. The chicken fingers were too battery for my taste. However, the crab rangoons were tasty. The fried rice had a oily griddle flavor. The food is reasonably priced.

you know the feeling, haven’t eaten in awhile, restless, want to enjoy the next meal with family … ah! then it’s Chinese!
China Panda in downtown Somersworth, is a secret that needs to be revealed.

the rice … ah, perfect!

I know we all have our favourites when it comes to take out, and to Chinese. Please consider trying this next time you get that urge!
