The Home Depot

Me and my husband went here almost every day for a week while we were doing a project in our home. The first time we went, we had a great experience with Julio in the lumber department. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. But every time after that, we were sold things from employees (like a cordless circular saw) but when we got home (30 minutes of driving) we opened up the tool to start our project and found out the charger and battery were sold separately from this tool. A $ 180 value. We went back another day and the girl at the customer service was EXTREMELY rude. She spoke down to us like we were idiots, and when we asked her to explain what she meant, she slowly blinked, and repeated what she just said, instead of explaining it. We went back another day to get a door and we wondered around the door department while 2 employees sat at the desk and never asked us if we needed help. Also every time we went, the check out took 30 minutes for them to figure out how to set up deliveries, or look up our card number– there was always an issue. We’re sticking with Lowes from now on.

As other reviews have noted, this individual store seems to have a high number of particularly knowledgeable staff who provide superior customer service in addition to sharing their expertise. It’s always a delight to shop here!

I visit a lot of Home Depots and this is hands down the best. I live across the street from a local hardware store but will get in the car and drive to HD every time because the service is so good.

I really like this Home Depot. The people are very nice and helpful. I feel like I can just ask questions and no one will make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to do something.
