Todd’s Touch

This place is a joke! The service is horrible, they treat you like your a complete idiot. Detailing looks like a child did it. The place is treated like a hangout for the local kiddies. Kevin is a joker as well treating people as if they didn’t know anything, very very rude! Prices are extremely high, definitely not worth it. This place probably has a good local business because it is in somersworth a very poor town that has no idea what good quality or service is!

I purchased a gift certificate with and online benefit auction for a local radio station just over 2 years ago. The value of the certificate was $ 250. It has been hard for me to get my vehicle to Todd’s to get it detailed, therefore the delay. My wife took it in at the scheduled date/​time while I was away to redeem the certificate. They gave here a TERRIBLE time, accusing her of forging the certificate and didn’t really want to accept it. Supposedly they called the radio station to verify the certificate. They eventually and begrudgingly agreed to do the work for the certificate. When we were scheduling this we checked to see what the price for a full detail was and it was just over half of the Certificate value. We were excited that we would be able to do our other car for just a small amount of cash and the balance of the certificate. The owner stated that the certificate was a marketing tool and it was intended for use on an SUV and not a 4Dr sedan, although they never stated that anywhere or when we called to inquire/​schedule.
As far as the quality of the work… it was GREAT! Inside, outside, engine, trunk, they didn’t miss a thing. But the customer service that we received was SOOOO bad that we will be forfeiting the remaining value (~$ 100) and not be going back.

I took my car to Todd’s Touch to have it detailed, having heard from other friends what a great job they did. I was not disappointed! When they gave me back my car — at exactly the promised time — it was like I had a new car. They took extra time getting brake dust of my wheels, the inside smelled new — it was just wonderful.
I would highly recommend Todd’s Touch to anyone for fast, friendly service with a high degree of excellence.
