Disappointed that the «cajeta» filled empanada was actually filled with caramel. Caramel doesn’t have the same flavor so I was disappointed a Mexican bakery didn’t use the real thing.

I love their pan dulce! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The empanadas are delicious and soft the conchas are always great and if you get there early enough you’ll get to try some awesome churros. They also serve champurrado during the winter but again you have to get there early to get some. They sell tamales and you can order masa preparada if you just want to make your own.

This is the only place I know that makes cream empanadas! If you love bavarian cream donuts, those cream empanadas are sure to please! If you’re hungry for food, this is the place too!
