Faulkner has been giving us the run-around for over a week. We are SUPPOSED to be on auto delivery but frequently have to call to ‘remind’ them that we are getting low. Have now been waiting for over a week since called to tell them under a ¼ tank and get nothing but promises. I pay the balance in 10 day EVERYTIME and have always been a good customer. Their delivery is spotty and they never close the fence gate when leaving. Have definitely gone down hill the past couple of years. Have been customers almost 15 years through the Energy Alliance.

I’ve been a customer for years and years. They always send the oil delivery the very next day. Once my furnace broke down and they got someone over that day to fix it. I think it was a weekend too. A few years ago I asked the tuneup technician if he thought I should replace my furnace, but he said it was fine, didn’t even try to sell me a new one. More recently I learned in an energy audit that it really is a good furnace with decent efficiency still. Boo-hoo, though: oil is expensive no matter what you do! They have a quick-pay discount if you pay within a few days. Plus I’m a Mass Energy customer, which helps. Oh, and in case you’re thinking about converting to gas to «save» money, don’t forget that gas and oil prices are tied in to each other. I wrestled with the idea of possibly converting for years, and finally decided to stick with oil.

I have nothing but good experiences with Faulkner Brothers. They’ve been consistently reliable, friendly, fair and professional for the last 10 years. This is a great company to work with. Unlike other service companies, people answer the phone and call or email you back, working hard to satisfy the request and to follow through.
