My visit to this establishment was a horrific experience. My waxer didn’t wear gloves, and worse, sat down to chat with her friends after waxing me without having washed her hands. There were flies in the basement waxing room, the floor was filthy, she reused the same stick in the wax vestibule (which wasn’t tossed when she cleaned up after me), and the paper ring around the wax vestibule that she rested the stick on mid-​process clearly hadn’t been changed since the person before me. It was absolutely disgusting. She did; however, do a thorough job as the prior reviewer noted. I definitely will not be going back here.
