New Pessaroff Cleaners

Don’t waste your money!!! These people are so expensive and do crap work. On many occasions, I would get home with my clothes and they would be semi cleaned. This time I had a simple button down to have the buttons replaced (2). They told me that in order to do the buttons they had to dry clean it but that they would do the buttons for free. Makes sense? Not at all. I picked it up and $ 8.95 later, I had a dry cleaned shirt with two new buttons that DIDNT MATCH. The man said the buttons were free as if that was supposed to make it okay to wear a shirt with some yellow buttons and some white buttons. Technically the buttons weren’t free because I had to dry clean it in order to get the buttons done. He then said they didn’t have the same color buttons. I asked why he didn’t call me first before he made that decision. He made excuses. I like the shirt very much otherwise I would have left it and not paid anything. I paid the $ 8.95 and told him I would never go back and he said it was fine. Rude, Garbage work, and over priced!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely the worst decision I have made was taking my clothes to be dry cleaned here. Pricing is astronomical… my dress was $ 23– not formal, just a sleeveless day dress with no stains; husband’s suit was about $ 34 and after I brought it home realized it still had marks on it, marks that I know can be easily cleaned. I brought in 2 dresses and the suit jacket and suit pants, total bill was over $ 60. I asked him to please recheck the bill because it seemed very expensive and he said no and explained his prices. Its my fault I didnt check them before I dropped off my clothes the week prior but now know ill be finding another dry cleaner in the area. And they only take cash.

They are expensive, but they get the job on time and well above the standards of other dry cleaners. You don’t even need to point out the stains, they manage to find and treat them returning all garments in new condition. Ring around the color and flawless pressing has been an issue with other local cleaners. It’s no issue for Pessaroff.

The only cleaners in town that actually was able too done one day cleaning. I suddenly found out I had to give a presentation for work the followong day and needed a suit pressed (summer time — so not keeping up with it). Union ave one said they were too busy (I guess good for them) main street one said it was too hot too run the machine anymore (what???). Pessaroff said no problem for after 3pm (it was 10am when I dropped off) and only at a small premium too what I had been paying for non-​rush jobs. Customer service = my business going forward!
