Do not use! Tried to contact as a renter, made an appointment to view a property and was told an agent would contact me. After taking the day off of work was never contacted by an agent. On the day before the appointment I attempted to call and was told the only person that could help was on lunch break (at 2pm) and was never contacted by the agency or supposed agent. Very unprofessional! As now an owner I would never use this!

Not to be trusted — fraudulent company! If I could give no stars I would. This company is not reputable and they practice bait and switch. I had an apartment listed on craigslist almost a year ago (I am the owner). I received a call from someone at rental beast saying they had someone who was interested and asked a few questions. The next thing I know, I find my apartment listed on their website which I NEVER authorized. I immediately called to complain. They were rude and told me I must have agreed or they would never had posted it. I told them to take it down which they said they would. Now, 9 months later, I noticed it is still listed and it has been rented the entire time! Sleazy liars — go elsewhere for help finding an apt!

Pretty awful experience. Not only did our agent show up 20 minutes late for our appointment, he then went on to show us an apartment 1600 dollars over our price range and then one more in an area we specifically asked NOT to be in, and he couldn’t even show us inside! Thanks for the 2 hours of awkward silence standing outside properties we don’t want. come on guys! You can do better than this!

They really listened to what I was looking for. The first apartment I looked at was spot on, a studio with affordable rent. I ended up signing a lease that day. I was pretty impressed because I doubted they could find what I was looking for given how high the rent at most places is. Per month I spend about a hundred dollars above what I paid when I had roommates and I have found living alone to be awesome. Yes, there are fees but if you go with a rental agent there are always fees and I only had to pay a half fee on the place I choose. Also having my own small apartment is a great choice for me. I would use them again and I recommend them to people.

Chris found us an awesome 1 bedroom in Jamaica Plain that was incredibly cheap and in a superb location.
Margot in the office was kind and helpful when it came to doing the paperwork.
There is a full fee on every apartment they list, and you have to pay a $ 25 per-​person fee for the credit checks, but considering what a steal our new place is, it was fine with me.
