When we had a mouse problem we called Aaron’s Army Pest Patrol and they came out the next day to set bait. The technician was personable and knowledgeable. We were told that they would be back in about a month to check and dispose of the bait, but that has not happened. I’ve left two messages that went unanswered and twice spoke to a woman who was unhelpful and, frankly, snotty about it when I asked when we could expect their return. She would not commit to a date and then suggested that we should dispose of the of the poison ourselves. It has been four months! Expecting your customers to complete your job for you and handle poisons is not acceptable customer service. Not to mention the concern over disposing of the bait in the regular waste stream. Are there not regulations as to how this kind of thing is to be handled?
