Custom Image Sonoma

We have used Custom Image for our website and we also used Chris as our wedding photographer (for two weddings). He is talented and wonderful to work with.

I have used Custom Image for several projects over the years and have always had excellent results. Most recently, I had Chris do some product photography for my website. My standards and expectations are extremely high and, once again, Chris did an excellent job. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future.

I used Custom Image to help design my new website. They worked within my budget and went over and beyond to meet all the needs I had. Chris is very talented and very kind. Great people to work with.

Worst customer service. We were 5 minutes late to our appointment, but the photographer states it was 10, OK. She took someone else in ahead of us which I completely understand, and she told us to wait. So we waited… almost 30 minutes. When I asked her how much longer it would be, I was told to come back tomorrow, after we waited and told we would be seen. I made accommodation for me to be able to be at this appointment and to be told to wait and at the end to be told to come back? Unacceptable. Don’t ask people to wait that long and then tell them to come back.

I’ve used Custom Image Sonoma for both wedding photography and for my art photography. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. On our wedding day, Chris was so professional and easy to work with, and the photos are absolutely exquisite. All the guests and family were blown away with how lovely they were. Anyone looking for someone who will put them at ease on their wedding day and produce amazing, unique photos should look no further.
I also bring my paintings to Chris and Jules to be photographed. The professional photos Chris takes are used to make high quality giclee prints and to showcase the work on my website. The photos are always perfect — and Chris always goes the extra mile to take one more photo just to be sure he got it right, or adjust the levels one more time just to be sure the image is perfect. Anyone who has tried will know that art photography is one of the more difficult skills to master.
Lastly, I want to emphasize how refreshing and comfortable Chris and Jules Berggren are to work with. Unbelievably friendly, kind, honest, and humble, Chris and Jules make being professional artists look like fun. If you want the experience of supporting of a friendly small-​town business, but also want the quality expected of big city professionals, this is where you should go.
