EA’s Crossfit

Between the wine binges I dropped in twice during my visit to wine country. E.A. and his staff were extremely welcoming and had great programming. Their members were also very friendly. I appreciated the butt kicking, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to drop in or join. Thanks E.A. for your hospitality!

EA is an awesome trainer. He helped my wife and I on ramp as we are new to crossfit. We absolutely love the training and EA has been really helpful with form and teaching us how to track our performance while keeping us working out safely. We will continue with crossfit as a result of EA’s crossfit.

EA is a phenomenal coach. He works great with beginners and advanced athletes alike. Everyone in the gym is supportive and nice. Definitely give EA CrossFit a try.

Great trainers, fantastic facility and great overall experience. EA’s CrossFit is a no brainer for people who want to focus on their training and body while in a safe and friendly atmosphere. I can’t speak highly enough of the great atmosphere, both for young and old. If you want a great workout, and if you want to improve and build strength, this is THE place to go.

EA’s Crossfit is fantastic! I am a woman who is old enough to remember school days before Title 9 — and even though I was an athlete, girls never lifted weights. When I started CrossFit I loved the stretching and the coaches moderated the workouts so that I could do them and benefit them. When I started, I never thought I would flip a tractor tire, do a handstand, do pull ups. I even gave myself, as an older woman, the permission to not have to do those things. I only wanted to be stronger and more fit. Then, lo and behold, a year later I am doing all of those things and more. I have done a lot different kinds of fitness programs and this is far and above the one that has given me the biggest results — I have lost weight, I am lifting real weights and, yes! Even fiipping tractor tires and doing handstands at 58!

True story, I thought it was going to be lame… but fell in love with CrossFit and especially EA! This place changed me in a good way. I’m not fat anymore and I feel great! If you want to see what CrossFit is all about, get in to see EA and you will see first hand why this is so great. #123go

EA’s was my introduction to CrossFit. I’ve since moved out of Sonoma and joined a gym in Berkeley, but I’ll never forget the sense of community and wellness that was fostered under EA’s roof!
After a few months of regular sessions, I became fitter and stronger than I ever have been. But any CrossFit gym will give you that. What EA’s does right is the community and support.
I had first imagined that CrossFit would be intimidating to get into, but it was anything but. I was welcomed with open arms, and never felt insecure about my skill level.
The level of professionalism and skill that all of the trainers carry with them, combined with the passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

I’m not into «working out» in the traditional sense, I literally hate the gym, but I do love sports & thats what crossfit is. I’ve been with E.A. for about a year now and it is literally the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and by far the best! E.A. is not only a skilled educated & intelligent coach, he is a mentor, therapist & most of all a friend… not just to me but to all who come to his box. What we have at E.A.‘s is a group of like minded people… people who are motivated, dedicated, serious and determined. I’ve never been involved with such a diverse group of people… yet so alike at the very core of «who we are»
At 41 I’ve never felt better or stronger in my life. I am scared, every day when I head to the box, but it makes me feel so alive & I love it! I would recommend E.A.‘s to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves regardless of age, shape or size. All you need is the right mindset, no matter what package it’s wrapped in.

Love it, I can’t get enough. I started several wks ago. I am more flexible, stronger and have lost some weight. The best thing is I am feeling better about myself, 48 yrs old, overweight, tired and stuck in a rut. A few wks ago I could count my sit ups on one hand, I did over 100 this AM, ready to kick todays ass! A friendly environment and group of people, encouraging and a sense of community. A really challenging workout that leaves me sore but I never feel like Im being pushed to compete or injure myself. EA has been awesome, what a great guy, he totally get’s it.
