When I was first introduced to this annual event several years ago, I was amazed to see how many wineries were off the beaten path within Sonoma. Situated in a warehouse setting, these unique wineries welcomed visitors with open arms and generously poured their tasty wines for us to try. Enkidu, Talisman, Ty Caton, and MacRostie wines really stood out for me. All the winemakers strive to promote the best quality, and their passion shows.
It was well-organized and the endless bites were succulent. I haven’t attended an Open House due to something called «Life»; however, I do hope to get back into tastings next year in February. I like to support local artisan wines — highly recommended!
