Kathy was rude a condescending to me on the phone when I asked if she could have shirts printed in two days. Apparently it takes her two weeks. As someone who is experienced with the process of screen printing and created a very simple logo, that time frame is absurd. Kathy didn’t ask me any questions, just laughed. Thanks for nothing Kathy. — In more news I found a terrific place to have the shirts printed.

Kathy is amazing. She is caring, professional and communicates regularly and effectively. I wanted some jackets embroidered and was having a hard time finding tall sizes for my brothers. Kathy listened to what I was needing and recommended jackets that she could order for me. Not only are the jackets she recommended exactly what I was looking for, they were very affordable too!
Kathy made me feel like my project was the most important thing she was working on. She took the time to understand what I was wanting to accomplish and made sure it happened. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work, the speedy turn around and the great feeling that I got from working with Kathy.
I will definitely be using Fox Fabrique again!
