Awesome day of memories with Captain Eric! Booking was a breeze and he provided great advice/​instructions leading up to the trip. We took off from Bodega Bay and caught our limit of some huge, delicious dungeoness crab while learning lots along the way. Captain Eric’s boat is new, clean, well-​equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommended and we’ll be back. Thanks Eric!

We had a fantastic day of crabbing with Eric. Eric began our trip with a safety review, and prepped us all on what we could expect out on the water. Once underway, Eric showed skill in navigating out to his crab pots in a decent size swell, keeping us all comfortable and dry in the process. Once we reached Eric’s crab pots, he had us all working as a team to bring in our limit of crabs. His boat is new, well equipped and very safe. And he knows where to go to find your limit of crab!

My wife and I, along with another couple had the good fortune of choosing North Bay Charters (with Captain Eric Holthouse) for a charter fishing trip a few weeks ago. The salmon were not running that day, but that did not keep Eric and his mate from doing everything possible to see we caught fish. We were taken north and caught our fill of rock fish in about two hours. While heading back out to deeper waters still looking for and listening on the radio for possible salmon, Eric cleaned and bagged our catch. Take Five is a fine boat and Eric has excellent equipment. The boat is comfortable for four and Eric doesn’t mind if you bring your own music! I look forward to «hunting» fish with Eric and his mate again.
