Cheap shoes, friendly lady working there. My friend forgot her sneakers and had to jump over here to replace them with some kicks for the weekend — Payless saved the day. $ 15 for some cute shoes, can’t beat that.

A common issue with females that live or work in the region is the need to have to run into a boutique or drive way out of the valley to buy forgotten or quick replacement footwear or hosiery. This location has saved our family’s collective tooshie and tootsies many times over the years, from forgotten ballet shoes for our ballerina and boots I could trudge through the vineyard in to shoe polish and lace 911. Especially great for flip flops, sandals and sock /pantyhose emergencies and even when you want to try something trendy without committing to designer prices.
More importantly, the customer service is so friendly and thoughtful, I’d rather give them my business.

What do you pack for a beautiful Sonoma weekend?
Shorts? Check.
Crisp White Shirt? Check!
Sunglasses? Check!
Flip Flops… Flip Flops? @#%$!
Payless to the rescue. Nice salespeople, too. Friendly. Even at 9 in the morning when you walk in with shorts and dress shoes with socks. Hardly a snicker.
Oh, and by the way, avoid beets when wearing white. Trust me on this one.
