So let me start by saying that this rite aid location in Sonoma is a great location. The location is always clean and the employees are cheerful. One in particular is Celine over in the cosmetic dept. she help me from the beginning to the end finding what I needed to get all groomed up. She even did a face scan to show me what my face is telling me (I work a lot outside) and she pointed me to the right products to keep both my face and body in order and safe. Thank you Celine for helping me.

I am very impressed with Celine, she is very helpful and knowledgable, Celine is always welcoming and very patient. I’m glad Rite Aid has a great cosmetics department now and a beauty advisor, I used to feel lost walking over to the makeup with no one to help me out with questions or suggestions.

Awful pharmacist and service. They should be ashamed. She flat out lied to my doctor about a conversation that we did not have. A pretty crappy way to treat someone with health problems.

The new beauty department is amazing! Celine has turned me on to two high end make up lines that they now carry (Senna and Eddie Funkhouser). Celine is educated about the products, inviting and always very helpful every time I walk in the Sonoma Rite Aid. I’ll definitely be back!

Have been going to this store for 6 years now and have found that this store has amazing people working there and have found the Wellness card to be very valuable to me! Get the best deals and bargains ever here.
The Pharmacy here is the BEST in town! Sue, Stephanie, Valerie, Robin, et al are just the spot on service ever. Thanks for being my Pharmacy! Just love shopping here and now with the NEW look, Amazing!

This is a great drug store. The staff is extremely friendly, they are attentive, but they don’t hover. Generally they have excellent prices, easy to find merchandise and the pharmacy is one of the best I’ve ever been to.

This Rite Aid is okay. Staff is friendly and usually merchandise is easy to find. Rite Aid like other drug store outlets has specials, coupons and weekly ad flyers.
The only thing I was disappointed about the last time I was at Rite Aid was the photo service. Rite Aid got my photo order mixed up. If you just want a few photos printed, go to CVS. They have a better kiosk system and it allows you to print out your selected prints in seconds, not hours or days, like this place.
Other than that this Rite Aid location is pretty good. They have good deals on flowers and plants.

AVOID PHARMACY at all cost.
Go to Pharmacia or Safeway.
I live here half time and will find another drug store and pharmacy to take all of our business to, as well as recommend to others.
I looked for closest pharmacy to fill 2 prescriptions, this was it. Dr called it in.
I called to verify they had it.
ISSUES:
1.) «Yes we have the prescriptions here but we didn’t process them because we didn’t have insurance info. No we didn’t call you to inform you of this.»
We won’t begin processing until you are here and show us insurance card. Then you can sit and wait. Ridiculous.
2.) «Pharmacist left for his lunch» 1 minute before I arrived at 545 pm. Did not tell me this when I called. I don’t need a consultation and waived it, but «he is the only person that can waive consultation. «
So I sit for 30 minutes, sick. BS.
3.) Unhelpful unapologetic clerk named
who clearly doesn’t care about customers or give a r**ts ass. Peter Dickason the pharmacist has a similar poor attitude.

Pharmacy is great! If anybody has an issues or outside concerns that need recording this is a great store to walk into. Very safe, inviting, convenient store. The morning during the week days are great times to look for cosmetics.

Went to rite aid today to see if I could find a small scraper tool to get a large sticker off my car window (it was intentional, but no longer needed). Anyway, couldn’t find what I was looking for and the manager asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for, he said «hang on one minute» and walked off. He came back and have me a plastic tool that they use at the store to scrape price stickers off the shelves. He told me to drop it off next time I came by, or else not to worry about it. I scraped off the sticker in the parking lot (worked like a charm) and returned it instantly. I just thought it was above and beyond the call of duty that he just gave me this tool without even expecting me to return it!

Well, unless something is seriously on sale I will go elsewhere… Maybe even drive over to Napa! The employees are a little less than thrilled to do their job and normally everything I want that is on sale is already gone… Don’t even get me started about asking for a rain check– It was like pulling teeth.
