We knew we’d found the right realtor when we emailed Sheila on a Sunday evening about selling our home and our phone rang 5 minutes later. From the start, Sheila was organized, well versed on the local housing market and wonderful at guiding us through the steps necessary to prepare our home for sale. Being out of town sellers, we needed someone who could help oversee renovations for us. She had a great team of people to employ on our behalf and the result was wonderful. Her pricing strategy was excellent and our end result was way more than we expected. She went above and beyond all expectations and we would use her again in a heartbeat. We quickly referred her to a friend who had a great experience, as well.

The first time we came upon, Sonoma we knew in our hearts and minds that someday we would make Sonoma our home. We were just not sure how we could make this happen as our primary residence is a day’s plane ride away and clear across the country. Little did we know that the universe would set us on a course and put us in the path of, Sheila Deignan.
I don’t think that there are words that can fully express how incredibly blessed we have been to work with Sheila on the purchase of our dream home. Being miles away, we were apprehensive and jittery at how we would be able to make the transaction work long distance. Sheila was an incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgable, and charming advocate for us during our second attempt to relocate to Sonoma County. Despite being nearly 100 miles away from our relocation target, we never doubted we could do it thanks in large part to Sheila’s proactive and accommodating approach.
