Quite simply, I put over a thousand dollars on account with Ray. My circumstances changed quite drastically and I was no longer able to take part in my dream of completing my license.
I asked Ray to close my account and return the balance. Ray stopped returning emails, and has ignored all my communication, and essentially stolen a decent amount of my money, with no word from as to why he thinks this is fair.
I am now in the process of taking him to small claims court. I suggest you do not give him your business. I don’t trust his as far as I could throw him.
