This is a waste! No room for improvement! Customer service is un professional! I have spent almost 3 months on my return items they dint work the 1st or 2nd day! So I return them in March! This has been the worst company I have dealt with! If you can reach them by phone after many weeks(they don’t answer the phone in morning after noon or weekdays or weekends!) when you reach someone they don’t know anything? They take another 2 weeks to call you back 30 days later they sent me email let me know if I need technical support(keep in mind I return it the 3rd day!) they have no idea about my return even after I told them that my tracking numbers said they sign for package 30 days ago! Its been 3 months and no Refund! No calls No emails Not a single care in the world! Skip this company and run! I hope I get my money back! Small claims court is my other option maybe next week

We have two of their headsets: «the Boom Pro 3» $ 275.00 and the«the Boom Quiet» $ 299.99. Both are used in our office. We ordered the Pro 3 first and it was«OK, not great but it did the job. We say just«OK» because they are terrible at canceling noise but they are very useful as «hands free» units. The trouble started when we purchased the Quiet. You need a different set of cords for landlines versus cell phone, but these«different» cords look identical and are not labeled. For two months I had many complaints from my customers that could not hear me, and it was because Boom sent me the wrong cord. I made 7 calls to the Boom over two months and it was not until I spoke with person #7 that I understood what was happening. The first 6 people that I spoke with did not even realize that their are two different headset cords. I had to repeatedly explain that I wanted to use my headset on several different phones… they advertise this as a benefit but few at the Boom understand this. This issue consumed about two full days of my time when you factor in all the confusion, failed calls to the Boom, frustration with my own customers who could not hear me, etc. With that said, you may consider the true cost of these headsets to be around $ 1000/each, given how much downtime it will cost you to get them to work. Update — June 2013 The cord for the land-line broke a month ago(it is June 2013) and I am still waiting for the Boom to send me the right replacement cord. So far they have 1-sent me the wrong cord, and then after that, 2-sent me a defective cord. This is a month now that I have been waiting for the right cord. Moreover, they have charged me for the new cords and I still cannot use the headset.
