Valley Of The Moon Cleaners

I gave this place a few tries because it was close to where I live and had good prices. Unfortunately this place is terrible on too many other levels to ever go back. My three largest complaints are 1). The staff uses this location as their own personal day care center. I’ve never been in there when they weren’t taking care several small children (who are usually eating greasy junk food near your just cleaned garments). 2). Clothes not done when they say they’ll be ready, I went there 4 times — twice left empty handed despite being told what time to pick the clothes up. FInally issue 3). Their business computer is ancient and slow. Dropping anything off is painful when you have to wait 10 minutes for the personal behind the counter struggle with a system that has obviously never been maintained. I’d rather pay a little more to not deal with these annoyances. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
