I would not suggest this business to anyone. I stopped in the store to inquire about upgrading my device and see what the monthly cost would be with a new device. After I left the store I received an email from Verizon stating my plan had changed. I called the store and spoke to Dennis, the rep I spoke with while in the store. I asked if he made any changes to my plan and he told me he had. I then asked how he could make changes to my account without my permission, to which he replied he didn’t need my permission to make changes. I instructed Dennis to reverse the changes he made and of course he couldn’t. I am currently on day two trying to get the unauthorized changes Dennis made to my account reversed through Verizonwireless customer service.

When the iPhone 6 came out I kept calling to see if they had them and everyone I spoke to was always friendly. When they finally had some in stock the process of switching over from my old phone was painless and took just a few minutes. The other employee there that day was working with a gentleman who had a damaged iPhone and one billion questions and he patiently answered all of them until the customer was satisfied. Nice guys and good service!

Lousy customer service. Went to the store to upgrade from a prepaid basic phone to a prepaid smartphone. They did not have the particular phone I was interested in, but said they would order one and receive it in three days. A few days later, called the store and they said it was never ordered! They then advised it would be best if I ordered the phone online, and once received, bring it in to their store and they would help set it up properly. Received the phone and brought it back to this store as suggested. They then said they could not set it up, would have to bring it to a «big box» store. Figured since they sold Verizon phones, asked if they could not call customer service and help set it up? The store employee kept insisting he could not, it had to be done at a big box store. Got the phone home, called Verizon, and they were able to help port over the existing number and it works just fine. Lazy incompetent service, would never shop here again.
