Wilson’s locksmith is amazing. Reasonable prices, fast service and a knowledgeable staff. Accidentally lost a key to my vehicle. It had a chip and required programming. They got me up and running in no time. Would absolutely use Wilson’s again for any of my lock or security needs.

It really depends on who owns the business when you walk in. This place has turned over (and back?) many times over the past 20 years. Sometimes just great. Others… Last time in was a snarky bit of bull. I asked for 3 keys made to go with a Kwikset rekey installation. I wished a random cut with two to match. What I got was three from his bin that were the ‘included keys’ from a bulk K box. All the same with the 4 pips if you know what I mean. $ 10. Really. Hope a new owner shows up again, real soon. Until then, well Lowe’s does a great job.

Very helpful and friendly.
Had some complications with one of their keys working in a lock last time I was there, and the guy walked out of the shop and around the corner to my house just to see what was going on, and got it straightened out. Stand up service.
Other than that all the keys I’ve even made there in all the years have always been perfect.

I had all of my keys made here and they look like vintage hotel keys… very nice! There is a large selection of interesting key designs here and the man who helped me was friendly, funny and very professional.
