What a jewel of a place I have found. Ralph was so helpful and knowable. After taking my computer Staples and I went back and took it from there since they sat on it for three days and did nothing. I didn’t know about Ralph until someone told me about him. I wished I would have known about him before going through all the bull with Staples. Oh, and he was over $ 100.00 less than Staples. Nothing is better than helping the local guys instead of the Box Stores.

this guy ralph is a crook, i dont know how he stays in business, he is rude and should not be dealing with the public, he sells junk computers that will not last a week, then when you confront him on it he gets crazy, in his own words he told me well tough sh-t, do not trust or do business with this person, beware!!!
