Abbey Carpet was recommended to us by a local contractor and after working with Guy and his staff this will be the only flooring company that we look to in the future. The customer service we received was second to none. We had three bedrooms re carpeted and all the rooms turned out great. Guy came to our home to take measurements, provided a free estimate, and then worked with us to get the perfect carpet while staying within our budget. If top notch customer service and finished product are important to you then look no further than Abbey Carpet and support local business!

I was remolding a cabin from a distance and Guy from Abbey Carpet went out of his way to make sure I liked my choices before installation. First Guy had samples sent to me and then went out to the cabin with my choices, took some pictures, all to ensure I liked the products. The installation went perfectly! Our experience with Abbey carpet was wonderful. We wanted to replace carpet with vinyl at our cabin in Cold Springs. Guy suggested a vinyl plank material that was nice looking and had a good price. Once the carpet was removed, several issues with the subfloor were revealed. Guy contacted us and offered several options for repair. Since we could not be there, Guy followed up on the work and kept us informed with photos, videos and phone calls on the progress. We could not be happier with the progress and the result. The team did a great job on the installation and the new subfloor makes it feel very solid and even. The vinyl plank and the new carpet on the stairs both look great. We highly recommend this business.

Abbey Carpet is the best and they have awesome customer service. We have a cabin in Twain Harte and needed our carpet re-​stretched and a loft carpeted. Because we don’t get up there that often, our time is minimal and limited. They were so accommodating and worked around my schedule. I will not hesitate to use them again when we get ready to carpet our downstairs.

Installed carpet is great and better than we hoped for. Spent about $ 2200 total for around 600 sq ft including running it up a full staircase. We will definitely look to Abbey again when we’re ready to do flooring for our main living room and bedrooms. Considering either carpet or laminate in those areas.

Nothing but accolades for Abby Carpet in Sonora. Our cabin needed carpet and because of the fires we could not get up for installation. Guy managed the job, everything was done and put away. When we went to the cabin we were so pleased with the new carpet and the cleanup … thanks for a job well done. Arrived on time which is a big plus.

Very happy with everything about this place. Our cabin needed something to replace the vinyl sheeting/​orange textured carpet/​industrial carpet mishmash. From the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable. Picked up samples and took them back to the cabin, when they didn’t work Guy brought more when he came to measure. Selected the flooring (vinyl tiles and a nice carpet), paid the deposit and everything was smooth sailing. They came when they said they would, installed the flooring perfectly, not a problem at all. Wish it was always so easy! And the floors look great.

This is how a business should be run. The owner, Guy, cares more about customer service than profit. He showed us a lower priced alternative to what we were originally looking at, perfect for our needs. His crew came on time and did a great job. We had one small thing we weren’t happy with (which was actually partly our own fault) and he sent a person out immediately to take care of it. Didn’t charge us the balance until we were completely satisfied. And Pete is an amazing installer! We definitely recommend this business. Our vacation home in Twain Harte looks great with the new flooring and carpet.
