Having said that, machines do break and it us unreasonable to expect an owner to be present at all times, however, it is not good business practice to ignore customer’s phone calls or refuse to issue refunds for equipment that does not work. I realize that $ 5.00 may not be a large amount to lose for some people; for other people $ 5.00 represents a meal. If you have money to spare, take the risk. If you don’t stay away. You will never hear from the owners or get a refund.
