Heather is AMAZING! She did makeup for my wedding 3 weeks ago, and we were all so happy with her and her team! Heather and Alyssa came to our suite for makeup. They were so friendly and professional, all the bridesmaids and moms loved them! My mom (who doesn’t wear anything but mascara) was nervous to get her makeup done. Heather and Alyssa were so patient and took the time to walk her through it, adding a little bit at a time and never going out of her comfort zone! Needless to say she was SO happy with the results! These girls act like you’ve known them forever, so them being with you in the moring is so fun! (They even handled some minor drama for me and eliminated some unnecessary stressors so I didn’t have to deal with it), which was very sweet of them! They are all about the Bride! The makeup looked amazing and lasted ALL NIGHT! (even through a little rain during the reception, all of our makeup looked like nothing hit it). I will recommend Flawless to anyone looking for hair/​makeup! Thanks again, Heather!!!

Heather and her team are a dream to work with. I booked them for my wedding in Arnold/​Murphys, CA and couldn’t be happier that I did. Not only did I feel and look like a million bucks on my wedding day, but so did my entire bridal party, including my flower girls and my mom. My mom was raving that Heather made her look «10 years younger,» and she really did.
Not only do Heather and her team do incredible work, but they are also very personable, responsive, and accommodating. I had a blast chatting with Heather and Sheree both at my makeup trial and on the day of my wedding. During the days and months leading up to the big day, Heather was always available by email for any questions or concerns I had, and she addressed them all quickly and thoroughly. When I wanted to make changes after seeing the photos from my trial, she did not hesitate to accommodate my every wish.

I am the maid of honor of one of Heather’s recent brides. For someone very inexperienced in getting hair and makeup done by a professional, I had the best experience anyone can ask for. Heather and her team made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I have always been nervous to have someone besides me do my hair and makeup, mainly because my hair is flat and my face is dry. She had done a phone consultation with us to get a vision of how the bride envisioned my hair. Heather asked me several questions about my skin and gave a few helpful tips to moisturize my skin prior to the wedding day. Even the day before the wedding, she gave us a few hair products to use before and after washing our hair.
On the day of the wedding, Heather brought all the products. She even purchased additional make up for people who have dry skin issues like me. Though she and her team had limited time to get the whole bridal party ready, she didn’t rush through the process. Heather wanted to make sure our make and hair was flawless. I believe the time she spent on everyone was effective. I absolutely loved the eye colors she chose to match my dress. The colors were very natural and made me look all grown up. The makeup looked fresh throughout the day and lasted all night. She has able to make my flat hair look full. My hair stayed up the whole night even with all the dancing and moving! I can’t even describe how gorgeous the bride’s hair and makeup turned out. The bride looked stunning!!!
Heather and team went above and beyond in helping out. She helped fix the bride’s train when it wasn’t properly buttoning up on the dress. It is hard to find someone who absolutely cares about the wedding process and helps the bride feel at ease regardless of what unexpected issues arise. I would recommend Heather and the flawless team 100%. She is completely worth every penny regardless of the wedding location since she can travel anywhere. The day I get married, I hope to be one of her clients again!

I was fortunate enough to book the team for two occasions– my engagement photo shoot and wedding. During both interactions I was blown away with the team’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I recently got married in Mendocino and had the team travel from Sonora to do hair/​makeup for myself, maid of honor, mother of the bride, and grandmother. The morning of, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very organized. They brought all of their own equipment including makeup chairs, tables, and a STEAMER! Their ability to create picturesque looks for a wide range of generations was amazing. They not only made my party and I look stunning, but more importantly made us feel incredibly beautiful!
To my surprise, their help did not stop when hair/​makeup was finished! Throughout the wedding they acted as my right hand and assisted my party and I with any issues without hesitation! They even thought to pack a bridal «emergency kit» filled with items I didn’t think to bring myself, but desperately needed throughout the night!

Heather helped to create the «enchanting wedding dream» my daughter had always dreamed of having; she did a wonderful job on the hair and make up for the bride, maid of honor and mother-​of-​the-​bride last weekend at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens in Fort Bragg, CA. Working with Heather and her team felt like we were working with a life-​long family friend; sharing the day with her was a bonding experience and made the day even more special!
We met with Heather for a tryout a few weeks before the actual wedding. She joined us at the final dress fitting to work out any adjustments; the final outcome was beautiful! Heather was available throughout the day making subtle touch ups and took care details so Karyn looked perfect for the entire evening.

Katie Dysert is my Hair Guru. She is great with color and cut. My hair was dry and boring before I went in. She gave me highlights and a cut. If you could see me now! I am still glowing, and its been 5 weeks. She got those highlights very close to my scalp, so it still looks fabulous. We talked about my dry hair and she made a recommendation and my hair has been soft ever since using her recommended product. I trust her so much.

Heather was wonderful she did my makeup for my wedding and my picture is actually attached to her Unilocal! She does a beautiful job, it doesn’t rub off, and I guarantee you that you will look beautiful. Our wedding was in July and it was terribly hot. Even while sweating terribly, my makeup looked great, lasted all night, and never changed! Heather is wonderful. If you are getting married use her!

Heather and her team are wonderful and very talented at their job! I can’t recommend Flawless enough! I had make up done for my engagement photo shoot and wedding as well. Both times Heather was easy to talk with, kind, attentive, and professional. I especially appreciated her prompt email responses leading up to both events.

I want to recommned Heather to anyone that is looking to get their hair or make-​up done. I hired Healther to do my hair and make-​up for my wedding. She did an awesome job even in the midst of a major fire in the area! She showed up to my site on time with someone to help her, she gave me a style that was contemporary and held up well, and the make-​up was airbrushed and lasted well, even with the heat and tears. My fiancé now husband loved how I looked, and I got many compliments. The airbrushed make-​up even made my skin softer! I would recommend Heather to anyone looking to get a special look.

Heather and Sherri (?) did my hair and make up for my wedding this past weekend and did a great job! My hair was unbelievably amazing! Super curly and full, she did the waterfall braid that I wanted and the veil placement was perfect! Heather did my make up and did a great job as well!

What a great experience! I hired these wonderful ladies for my wedding.
We had Sheree who did my hair and one of my bridesmaids. she has patience and so much skill! She truley listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt completely comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day, she also did a great job onmy bridesmaid!
I had Madi take care of my make up and she did such an amazing job! She def knows what she is doing and is such a sweet girl! She made me look so amazing without being unnatural, she listened to what I was looking for and executed it perfectly! I was so so so happy on my wedding day and my make up stayed perfect the whole night! Through hours of pictures, crying, heat, dancing, and laughing I felt perfect the whole night!

I had Heather do my hair and it turned out amazing. She is very nice and she knows what she’s doing. I went from red to dark brown with maroon streaks and my hair is beautiful. the salon offers hair and coloring services, nails and make up.

Heather’s real talent comes in her precise attention to detail. She is a master of taking your vision and molding it in a way which is the most flattering! As a photographer, a make up artist that is knowledgable in the best application for photography is an absolute must! Professionally applied make up can change your photograph’s from good to stunning! Heather has worked with me both on wedding days and editorial photoshoots. She is competent in both a stunning wedding day look, and even edgier, fashion driven looks.
